We trust the quality of our products and are always keen to provide the best after-sales services to our customers in terms of product maintenance and quality, and many goods are covered by guarantees and the right to maintenance, replacement or return.
We are always keen to provide the best after-sales services to our customers in terms of maintenance, guarantee and product quality in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Its good to know that:
The warranty starts from the day of receipt or when there are notes, the original purchase invoice must be presented as proof of purchase and the invoice copy is not approved for the application of the warranty. This (replacement, return and warranty) applies to the first beneficiary only and all services provided by the company.
Replacement, Return and Warranty Policy Furniture Section (Mattresses, Sofas and Beds):
10 years warrenty
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in components for the mattresses and sofas shown below:
- Wooden structure in sofas and bedrooms.
- The pulp of the sponge in the sponge and sofa.
- The latex core found in latex and memory mattresses.
- broken zipper.
- shrinkage in mattress and sofa more than 5 cm deep.
Bedrooms and Dining Tables Guarantee:
- The warranty includes general maintenance and fastening for a period of two years and does not include spare parts.
Execluded from warranty Malfunctions resulting from:
- This warranty does not apply to products that have been serviced externally and have been broken, dented or scratched.
- Cuts in the fabric or loosening of the sewing in the mattress and sofa.
- It also does not apply to products if chemicals are used in cleaning, or change the color of the fabric by getting dirty or burning after use.
- Loss of the official invoice stamped with the warranty seal.
- Moving the mattress in an improper way, causing it to warp or twist.
- The zipper of the mattress falls when using a bed that is not intended for the mattress or does not have enough bars.
- Moisture and liquid spillage Any liquid leakage on the mattress or bed leads to damage.
- The appearance of the body shape is not a manufacturing defect and is not considered a drop in the mattress or sofa if it does not exceed 5 cm.
- Used products (such as sheets, duvets, pillows, and pillows).
- Gifts, accessories, blinds, as well as serving tables or glassware and rugs.
Replacement, return or maintenance policy in the company in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- It is allowed to exchange within 3 days or return within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice and before receiving the goods.
- Replacement or return is allowed within 3 days from the date of receipt in the event of a manufacturing defect, provided that the goods are in the same original condition upon receipt, must be salable, intact and not manufactured with special specifications from the customer’s request.
- When accepting the return of the goods and the amount paid, the company transfers the amount to the beneficiary with the invoice within 10 working days in the same method and process of payment.
- When accepting the return of the goods and the amount paid by credit card (stc, visa, master card), the company transfers the amount to the beneficiary of the credit card within 60 working days.
- Any product that was manufactured at the customer’s desire and choice with specifications, designs or sizes of the customer’s choice, change of color, addition or modification, the customer is not entitled to request a replacement or refund after 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
- The after-warranty maintenance service has a financial value, and the financial value is estimated after the product is revealed.
- Provided that maintenance is available only within the cities where the company’s branches are located, and if outside it, delivery fees are paid and the products are received at the factory and a maintenance request is issued, provided that it is delivered to the customer within a period of 15 to 30 days.
- In the event that the customer does not receive the contents of the invoice within 5 days from the date of delivery, a storage fee of 50 riyals per day is calculated, provided that the storage period does not exceed 60 days. It is appropriate regarding the goods without the slightest responsibility for them, and the customer is not entitled to demand the delivery of the order in the invoice or any compensation.
- In the event that it is agreed to return the amount of the goods after the delivery team arrives to the customer, the purchase amount will be returned with deduction of the delivery value.
- If the order is delayed beyond the delivery date, the customer will be compensated for each day of delay, 50 riyals, up to a maximum of 20% of the invoice value. The compensation does not include weekends and force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, shipping conditions, and the impact or disruption of navigation traffic.
- In the event of an error from the customer in the measurements, the company has the right to deduct replacement and delivery fees.
- In the event that the customer pays a fee for uploading sizes, it will be deducted from the invoice value in the event the customer completes the purchase process and if the purchase is not completed within a maximum period of 60 days, these fees are not entitled to claim.
- Pillows and rugs cannot be exchanged or returned after the customer has received them.
- The company is not responsible for any defect or deficiency after the customer signs the delivery bond.
- In the event that the customer does not receive the installation team on the specified and agreed-upon date with the customer, the company will calculate transportation fees that will be borne by the customer in full.
- The customer must prepare the installation site and put it in a state of readiness, as the company is not responsible for dismantling and moving the furniture on the site.
